5 Ways to Reduce Stress

  1. Identify what is causing the stress. Think: What is contributing to my stress level?
  2. Once the root cause is identified plan a remedy immediately.
  3. Prioritize tasks and set a schedule for daily activity to manage work/life balance.
  4. Think positive
  5. Schedule some “me” time to do you.

There are many ways to reduce stress like exercise, yoga, therapy, eating right, listening to music and my favorite laughing! The most important part is that you don’t let the stress win. Until next time. “Keep passing the open windows”  Kristi Toney
