Ruins, for me, are the beginning. With the debris, you can construct new ideas. They are symbols of a beginning. Anselm Kiefer

Starting over always seems to be a hard thing to do. We often set lofty goals that never pan out because they are too large. One of the things I have been using that is working for me is setting mini goals. Pick three goals from your list of goals (please note if you do not have a list start one) and plan to complete that list in 30 days. Keep in mind these should be short term goals like loosing 5 lbs or cleaning out a filing cabinet. Pick three that need to get done but seem to slip your mind all the time because you either don’t have the time or most likely not making the time. Breaking the list down to 3 goals is a smaller bite that will be achievable. In no time all of your need to do’s will be completed! Now go out there and get’er done.  Kristi Toney
